Job Description

Manage and supervise daily operations of the collections department. Develop and implement effective collection strategies and policies. Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics and prepare reports. Train, motivate, and evaluate collection staff to ensure optimal performance. Handle complex or escalated accounts and negotiate payment plans when needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection efforts. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
