WE ARE SEEKING ENTHUSIASTIC CUSTOMER FOCUSED AND GOAL DRIVEN INBOUND AND OUTBOUND TELE CALLERS TO JOIN OUR BPO TEAM. HANDLE A HIGH VOLUME OF INCOMING CALLS FROM CUSTOMERS PROFESSIONALLY AND EFFICIENTLY. Inbound Tele calling: Releave customer queries related to products, services,orders,accounts or Technically support. Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction metrics. provide accurate,valid and complete information using the right tools and methods. Outbound Telecalling: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers for product promotion, follwo-ups or feedback. Pitch services and explian their benefits persuasively. Conduct surveys or collect feedbacks from customers. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
