Collection Executive

Job Summary

The Field Collection Executive is responsible for recovering dues from customers by visiting them in person, ensuring timely collections of EMIs/loans, maintaining customer relationships, and adhering to company policies and compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers for field collections of overdue EMIs, loans, and other payments.
• Track, monitor, and follow up with delinquent customers for timely repayment.
• Educate customers about payment schedules, late fees, and consequences of default.
• Negotiate and resolve disputes to ensure maximum recovery while maintaining professionalism.
• Submit daily/weekly reports on collection status and field visits to branch/collection manager.
• Assist in skip tracing and locating absconded customers.
• Maintain records of all field visits, customer commitments, and payments collected.
• Coordinate with the legal and recovery team for escalated cases.
• Ensure compliance with RBI and NBFC guidelines during customer interactions.
• Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers to reduce future defaults.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass; graduation preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in field collections (NBFC/Banks/Financial Services preferred).
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.
• Local language proficiency mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
