Job Title : Collection Executive

Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Collection Executive to join our financial services team. The primary responsibility is to follow up with customers on overdue payments, ensure timely collections, and maintain healthy cash flow for the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Contact customers through calls, emails, or field visits for payment follow-ups.
Explain payment terms and due amounts clearly and professionally.
Negotiate repayment plans when required.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, collections, and promises to pay (PTP).
Update the collection system/database regularly.
Escalate unresolved cases to the senior team or legal department.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets.
Handle customer queries or complaints regarding payments tactfully.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
0–3 years of experience in collections, telecalling, or customer service.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Familiarity with financial products like loans, credit cards, etc., is a plus.
must have 2 wheeler with licenses

Fluency in Tamil

Work Environment :

Office-based / Field-based (depending on company policy)
Flexible working hours based on collection targets

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
