Collection Executive

The Cashier cum Sales Officer plays a dual role of handling cash transactions accurately and promoting gold loan products to existing and potential customers. This role is crucial to ensuring operational efficiency and contributing to the growth of the branch by achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Cashier Duties:

• Handle day-to-day cash transactions for gold loan disbursements, collections, and closures.
• Maintain accurate records of receipts, payments, and balances.
• Ensure compliance with internal cash handling and KYC norms.
• Verify and tally cash at the beginning and end of each day.
• Maintain cash register and ensure timely deposit of excess cash to the bank.
• Reconcile discrepancies in accounting and report to the branch head immediately.
• Prepare daily cash reports and support audit processes.

Sales & Customer Service:

• Promote gold loan products to walk-in customers and through outbound calls.
• Assist customers with loan processing, application, and documentation.
• Explain gold loan schemes, interest rates, repayment options, and eligibility criteria.
• Meet monthly sales and loan disbursement targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
