We are hiring a female Collection Executive to join our team in Pune.
- Location: Pune
- Job Type: Full-Time | Immediate Hiring
Responsibilities
Handle outbound collection calls as per recovery guidelines.
Communicate with customers in Kannada & Hindi effectively.
Use MS Excel (VLOOKUP, data entry, reports) to maintain accurate records.
Negotiate payment plans and ensure timely follow-ups.
Prepare and share collection reports with the team.
Requirements
✅ Female candidates only
✅ Fluency in Kannada & Hindi
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP preferred)
✅ Good communication & negotiation skills
✅ Experience in Collections / DRA / Customer Support (preferred, not mandatory)
