1. Maintaining Customer Retention
2. Maintaining Customer Satisfaction
3. Achieving Data Targets
4. Collecting Cheque/Cash from Customers and to give them Receipt in Return & Submit the same to Cashier on Same day
5. Taking Photos of Customer’s Vehicle for Break Policy, Endorsement etc.
6. Hand Over the Policies to Customers
7. Collect Policy papers of Other dealers /Non MI cases from Customers
8. Maintain Minimum advised calls per day
9. No Credit Facility will be given to the Customer. If any Credit Facility given by Insurance Executive, She/he will be responsible to bear it totally.
10. Any additional duties entrusted by Superiors.
