Collection Associate- Unsecured

As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Allocating portfolios to vendors based on past performance trends and Field Officers (FOs) availability, while ensuring adequate manpower capacity. - Reviewing cases with FOs/Team Leaders and assigning work based on disposition codes. - Coordinating with agency resources for call planning, providing support on difficult cases, and ensuring resolution. - Periodically auditing and allocating Receipt book & Repo kits. - Closing agency billing within 60 days of completed work month. - Securing prior approvals in repo cases and assisting agencies in managing repo-related issues. - Addressing collection/repo-related customer service issues and escalations. - Collaborating with the legal team to initiate actions against chronic defaulters and manage cases filed against the organization. - Tracking and reviewing BKT resolution with agencies and FOs. - Monitoring and restricting flow rates to the next BKT based on location. - Removing underperforming FOs, recruiting a fresh team, and providing training as needed. - Closing CRM queries within the assigned TAT. - Responding to RCU audit queries before the TAT and implementing committed actions at the field level. - Discussing receipt book discrepancies with agencies to prevent reoccurrence. - Ensuring 100% utilization of HHT and submitting reports to ACM/RCM regularly. - Informing the IT team about non-functioning HHT devices for necessary support. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 3-6 years of collection experience in automotive products such as LMV, TW, 3W, LCV, MCV, HCV. - Experience in managing collection agencies. - Proficiency in data management. - Ability to work as an individual performer.
