Job Summary:We are looking for dedicated and responsible Collection Agents to assist in the recovery of banking loans in Cuttack and Dhenkanal. This is a field-based role requiring regular visits to customers for payment collection and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers as per assigned cases for loan collection

Maintain accurate records of visits and payments

Ensure timely follow-up with defaulters

Submit daily reports to the supervisor

Represent the bank professionally and respectfully

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum education: 10th Pass

Must own a two-wheeler with valid license

Local candidates from Cuttack or Dhenkanal preferred

Basic communication and negotiation skills

Prior experience in loan recovery (preferred but not mandatory)
