Key Responsibilities Independently handle coil manufacturing processes: copper tubing forming, brazing, insulation, and finishing. Interpret and work with technical drawings, coil designs, and process documentation. Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer specifications. Operate and maintain tools, jigs, fixtures, and machines used in coil production. Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Supervise junior technicians or trainees, providing training and technical guidance as needed. Maintain accurate records of production, rework, and test results. Contribute to continuous improvement activities related to quality, cost, and cycle time reduction. Follow and enforce all safety protocols in the workshop. Assist in the manufacturing of induction coils as per technical drawings and process instructions. Work with senior technicians and engineers to understand coil winding, brazing, and forming processes. Perform basic operations such as measuring, cutting, and assembling copper coils. Ensure proper use of machines and tools under supervision. Follow safety standards and quality guidelines during production activities. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. Participate in on-the-job training to improve technical skills and process understanding. Support the team in meeting daily and weekly production targets. Freshers can also welcome to apply.
