Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement IBM Sterling OMS solutions.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Customize Sterling OMS configurations to meet business needs.
Ensure seamless integration with other systems and platforms.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues in Sterling OMS, providing timely resolutions.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Document technical specifications and development processes.
Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Sterling OMS.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sterling OMS Developer.
Strong understanding of order management processes.
Experience with Java, XML, XSLT, and other relevant technologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
