Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using various tools such as Agile methodology, Apex programming language, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Ncino, OmniStudio, AgentForce, and Einstein.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality projects on time.
Provide technical guidance to junior team members and mentor them to improve their skills.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce implementation and provide timely resolutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-9 years of experience in Salesforce development with expertise in at least two technologies listed above.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform including CRM, Service Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, SMB/Enterprise Editions.
Experience working on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
