Participate in technical workshops, solution design discussions, and sprint planning ceremonies. Create technical documentation, deployment scripts, and maintain version control standards. Ensure solutions align with Salesforce governance, security, and architecture best practices. Technical Skills Required: Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud setup, configuration, and optimization. Strong expertise in Einstein for Service (Bots, Article Recommendation, Case Classification). Deep knowledge of Agent Console/Agent Workspace customization. Proficiency in Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Schedulers), Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and Visualforce . Hands-on experience in Salesforce Flows , Omnichannel Setup , Macros , Quick Text . Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs . Understanding of Salesforce DX , Git based version control, and DevOps pipelines (Gearset, Copado preferred). Knowledge of Data Migration using Data Loader, Workbench, or APIs. Good understanding of Salesforce Security (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Shield).
