Assistant Professors should have a minimum of 5 years of experience and either a Master's degree with NET/SLET/SET qualification or a Ph.D. degree. Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools, along with empathy for users interacting with partial automation, is necessary. Strong communication and storytelling skills are vital for aligning stakeholders across different disciplines. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, Protopie, or similar design and prototyping platforms is expected. Desirable qualifications include exposure to conversational UX, LLMs, or agent orchestration tools, experience with enterprise tools like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms, a background in systems thinking, interaction design, or workflow optimization, experience working in early-stage startups or fast-moving product teams, and technical fluency or a background in HCI, cognitive psychology, or systems design.
