Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist – Reels Specialist We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist who is an expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects , with a strong passion for editing short-form content like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and others. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling, transitions, music sync, and visual flair. You will be responsible for churning out engaging, high-quality video content consistently, from raw footage to final delivery. Key Responsibilities: Edit compelling and scroll-stopping short-form videos (Reels/Shorts). Add motion graphics, transitions, animated text, and creative effects. Work closely with our creative, content and AI team to deliver videos that meet brand and campaign goals. Maintain high editing standards and quick turnaround for multiple video assets. Keep up with platform trends, editing styles, meme culture, and new formats. Organize media assets, maintain backup, and manage version control. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is mandatory . Strong sense of pacing, music synchronization, and creative storytelling in short-form formats. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus. Excellent understanding of Instagram Reels and other short-form video platforms. Ability to think visually and transform scripts or ideas into compelling edits. Basic knowledge of color grading, audio sync, and sound editing. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management. Experience working with AI tools or VFX is a bonus. Preferred Qualities: Quick learner and self-starter with a strong work ethic. Up-to-date with digital trends, meme culture, and viral content mechanics. Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure. Has an impressive portfolio/showreel showcasing past edits, especially short-form content.
