Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist – Reels Specialist

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist who is an expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a strong passion for editing short-form content like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and others.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling, transitions, music sync, and visual flair. You will be responsible for churning out engaging, high-quality video content consistently, from raw footage to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit compelling and scroll-stopping short-form videos (Reels/Shorts).
• Add motion graphics, transitions, animated text, and creative effects.
• Work closely with our creative, content and AI team to deliver videos that meet brand and campaign goals.
• Maintain high editing standards and quick turnaround for multiple video assets.
• Keep up with platform trends, editing styles, meme culture, and new formats.
• Organize media assets, maintain backup, and manage version control.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is mandatory.
• Strong sense of pacing, music synchronization, and creative storytelling in short-form formats.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of Instagram Reels and other short-form video platforms.
• Ability to think visually and transform scripts or ideas into compelling edits.
• Basic knowledge of color grading, audio sync, and sound editing.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
• Experience working with AI tools or VFX is a bonus.

• Quick learner and self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Up-to-date with digital trends, meme culture, and viral content mechanics.
• Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure.
• Has an impressive portfolio/showreel showcasing past edits, especially short-form content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹840,000.00 per year
