Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist located in Kozhikode, Kerala, India. The Customer Relationship Management Specialist will manage day-to-day tasks including maintaining and optimizing CRM systems, facilitating effective communication between the company and its customers, and enhancing customer relationships. The role also entails analyzing customer data to identify trends, supporting sales efforts by coordinating with the sales team, and overseeing project management to ensure timely delivery of client solutions. Qualifications Skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Communication Experience in Sales and supporting sales efforts Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret customer data and trends Project Management skills to ensure timely delivery of client solutions Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
