About the Role

As a Java Coding Agent, you will evaluate multi-module Java code, debug regressions, test patches, and validate backend logic. AI coding tools will be used to trace issues, review architecture, and analyze code behavior.

Responsibilities

• Review Java patches across multi-module structures
• Validate regressions, dependency issues, and runtime failures
• Run JUnit tests and interpret complex stack traces
• Use AI coding tools to analyze code and suggest improvements
• Assess code for maintainability, correctness, and structure

Skills & Experience Required

• 15 years Java backend experience
• Strong understanding of Spring/Spring Boot, OOP, Maven/Gradle
• Skilled in debugging, profiling, and patch review
• Familiarity with Cursor, Claude Code, or related AI coding assistants
• strong in multi-module debugging
