COCO Manager

As a COCO Manager, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations and high standards of all COCO centers. Your responsibilities include: - Evaluating and assessing the performance of Center Directresses and Teachers to maintain quality standards. - Collaborating with trainers to design and adapt training modules based on on-ground requirements. - Ensuring key performance metrics for COCO centers, such as admission conversions, child retention, and staff retention, are met. - Ensuring compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations as per Footprints Standards. - Mentoring and supporting Center Directresses in academic and operational leadership for effective resolution of parent concerns. - Recruiting, training, mentoring, and retaining Center Directresses and staff members. Your key skill areas should include: - Familiarity with early childhood education frameworks (e.g., Montessori, EYFS). - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing a preschool. - Strong presentation, training, time management, staff management, and coordination skills. - Proficiency in English communication. - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, CRM, and digital collaboration tools. - Collaboration with the marketing team for driving campaigns, organizing events, and enhancing brand visibility. - Proven ability to manage and support multiple centers without compromising quality. - Willingness to travel intercity as required for the role.,
