Co2 welder

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled CO₂ Welder (MIG Welder) responsible for welding metal components using CO₂ welding machines as per drawings and quality standards. The candidate should ensure strong, clean welds and follow all safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CO₂ / MIG welding on MS, SS, or other metal components.
• Read and understand fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
• Set up welding machines, select proper wire and gas flow.
• Ensure strong, defect-free welds as per quality requirements.
• Carry out grinding, finishing, and minor fitting work if required.
• Inspect welds visually and rectify defects like porosity, cracks, etc.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
• Maintain welding tools and keep the work area clean.
• Meet daily production targets as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI Welder / 10th–12th pass with relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in CO₂ / MIG welding (Freshers can apply if trained).
• Knowledge of welding parameters and welding defects.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Physically fit and willing to work in shifts if required.
