Co Founder with Investment

You will be working as a Co-Founder with Investment at Taimeryu Pvt Ltd, an agritech company based in Chennai. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing operations, driving business growth through sales and marketing efforts, particularly focusing on liquid milk as the company plans to set up a dairy plant. It is preferable that you are able to interact with FSSAI and NDDB for the approval of new technology. You should also possess the ability to collect, analyze, and summarize data for sharing with relevant stakeholders. Effective communication with stakeholders, partners, and team members is crucial for the success of the business. The product developed by the company, a novel UVC Thermal Fluid pasteuriser, does not require steam to operate and can be mounted in trucks. It is designed to solve the last mile procurement gaps seen in the dairy industry. The equipment is particularly beneficial for heat-sensitive liquids like coconut water, milk, and sugarcane juice. Taimeryu's patented equipment can be deployed across India, and research needs to be conducted for individual states. For instance, in Tamilnadu, which produced 10,808 MT in the year 2023-24, the loss of raw milk due to spoilage is estimated to be around 3-5% due to the hot and humid climate. This results in an annual loss of 32,42,40,000 liters of raw milk, with a daily loss of 8,88,328 liters. By capturing and processing this milk using the patented equipment and selling it at a profit of 4 Rs per liter, the economic loss can be significantly reduced. To excel in this role, you should have strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), proven experience in sales and marketing, leadership and team collaboration skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strategic thinking. A relevant educational background or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be advantageous.,
