Your responsibilities will include: - Investing seed/growth capital into Niladvantage and holding equity as an active co-founder - Defining and executing growth strategies across the IT services and solutions portfolio - Building and leading high-performing sales and technology teams - Driving enterprise business development and establishing strategic partnerships - Providing thought leadership in emerging technologies and digital transformation trends - Representing Niladvantage at key industry events, client meetings, and investor discussions - Collaborating with the founding team to scale operations, improve governance, and build brand value The ideal candidate for this role will be in their 40s with a background in leading technology sales/business development functions at reputed MNCs, possessing strong technology acumen, experience in driving large deals and partnerships, an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong industry network, and a willingness to invest capital and take ownership as an equity partner in Niladvantage.
