Co-founder & Chief Growth Officer

Role Overview: You are an early-stage EdTech startup aiming to transform online higher education in India through innovative digital learning models. Currently, you are seeking a visionary Co-founder & Chief Growth Officer to drive revenue growth, user acquisition, and market expansion. This role involves an initial investment of 20,00,000 in exchange for equity, aligning financial commitment with leadership responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop the company's 3-year vision, revenue targets, and expansion roadmap - Execute omnichannel growth strategies and lead fundraising efforts - Build and manage a high-performance sales team and optimize CAC/LTV - Forge strategic partnerships, oversee digital marketing campaigns, and manage P&L - Implement CRM systems and stay updated on industry trends Qualifications Required: - At least 8 years of experience in scaling online education programs - Proven track record of achieving significant revenue targets - Ability to invest 20,00,000 as initial capital - Expertise in B2C/B2B sales, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and partnership development - Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for democratizing education - MBA or equivalent qualification preferred Additional Details: The investment requirement for this role is 20,00,000, which will be utilized for marketing budgets, team hiring, tech infrastructure, and operational scaling.
