Co-Founder Business & Strategy Lead

As a Co-Founder and Business Lead at KritRNA, your role is pivotal in shaping the identity of the next-generation biotech startup. Your responsibilities will include: - Co-authoring and submitting grant proposals (BIRAC, C-CAMP, BIG, etc.) and pitch decks for pre-seed/seed rounds. - Driving outreach with hospitals, biotech institutes, and potential partners. - Creating early business strategy, investor pipelines, and incubation applications. - Contributing to branding, communications, and financial planning as the company progresses towards late-stage funding. Your genuine curiosity about biotech, genetics, or deep-tech innovation, along with your willingness to work on strategy, funding, and partnerships without rigid boundaries, is essential. Any prior exposure to business, finance, biotech management, or startup ecosystems is a plus. A mindset that values learning, transparency, and collective growth will be beneficial in this role.
