Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide array of South Indian dishes, including but not limited to dosa, idli, vada, sambar, rasam, chutneys, curries, biryanis, and regional specialties. Ensure dishes are prepared according to traditional recipes and culinary standards. Maintain high standards of quality, taste, and presentation. Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and preparing vegetables, meat, and other ingredients. Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels. Follow recipes and cooking procedures. Potentially assist with menu planning.
