CNC/VMC Machine Operator – ITI/Diploma Fresher (Training Provided)

Job Type:

Full-Time | Fresher | Training Provided

Qualification Required:

• ITI (Fitter / Turner / Machinist)
• Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Tool & Die / Production Engineering

Experience:

• Freshers only
• No prior experience required – training will be given

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines (Turning / Milling / VMC) as per instructions
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Load and unload components on the machine
• Understand basic drawings and measurement tools (Vernier, Micrometer)
• Maintain machine cleanliness and workplace safety
• Assist in basic machine setting and troubleshooting under supervision
• Record production data and report any deviations

Training Includes:

• Basics of CNC machine operation
• Understanding engineering drawings
• Tool selection & usage
• Quality inspection methods
• Safety and 5S practices

Key Skills Required:

• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Ability to follow instructions carefully
• Discipline and punctuality

Salary:

• As per company norms during training
