- CNC and VMC Programming: Experience in programming CNC and VMC machines, including reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

- Machine Operation: Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC and VMC machines.

- Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with machinery.

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of machining processes, tools, and equipment.

- Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of operators.

- Safety Awareness: Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal- communication skills for reporting and coordinating with other teams.
