Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled CNC / VMC Operator with hands-on experience in operating machines using Fanuc and/or Siemens control systems. The ideal candidate should have strong machine operation knowledge, basic computer skills, and the ability to ensure quality and productivity on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC / VMC machines using Fanuc and Siemens control systemsRead and interpret engineering drawings and work instructionsSet up tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per job requirements
Perform basic program loading, editing, and offset correctionsMonitor machining processes to ensure accuracy and qualityConduct in-process inspection using measuring instruments
Maintain machine logs and production records on computer systems
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams for issue resolutionSkills & Requirements
Proven experience as a CNC / VMC OperatorHands-on knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens control systemsBasic computer operating knowledge (data entry, reports, logs)
Understanding of machining processes, tools, and cutting parametersAbility to use measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges)
Attention to detail and quality consciousnessITI Min. 4 Yrs.Diploma & above Min 3 yr.
