CNC / VMC Operator

Job Description: As a CNC/VMC operator cum setter, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerically controlled (CNC) and/or vertical machining center (VMC) machines to produce precision components. Your role is crucial in ensuring the accurate and efficient production of parts as per engineering drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Set up CNC/VMC machines by installing and adjusting cutting tools, fixtures, and workpieces - Load materials into the machine and monitor the production process - Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during machining operations - Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a CNC/VMC operator cum setter - Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and blueprints - Strong understanding of machining processes and procedures - Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
