CNC & VMC Machine Operator

Qualifications Required

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Production or related field
• 1–3 years of CNC operating experience
• Passion for precision, quality, and safety
• Safety first Mindset with pride in machine ownership
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changing production requirements
• Teamwork orientation and effective communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision components as per drawings
• Set up machines, load tools, adjust work offsets, and ensure machining accuracy
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances
• Perform routine machine checks, calibration, and basic preventive maintenance
• Inspect finished parts using Vernier callipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Ensure adherence to safety, PPE usage, and 5S standards
• Keep machines and work areas clean, organized, and audit-ready
