CNC TURNING OPERATOR CUM PROGRAMMER

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented CNC turning Operator cum Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality precision components. The candidate should be proficient in G-code and CAM software, with strong technical knowledge and attention to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs.
• Program CNC machines (lathes, milling, or multi-axis machines) using G-code and/or CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360).
• Set up machines with proper tooling, fixturing, and materials for production runs.
• Operate CNC machines to produce components as per design specifications.
• Make program adjustments and fine-tune machine settings as needed.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measurement tools to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report any mechanical issues.
• Maintain production logs and quality inspection records.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, operational procedures, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve machining processes and reduce cycle times.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 12th/ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die / Production Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in CNC programming and operation.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Solid understanding of G-code, M-code, and CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.).
• Experience operating CNC turning and/or milling machines.
• Skilled in using measuring tools: vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
• Knowledge of different metals and machining parameters (feed rate, speed, tool selection).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹192,000.00 - ₹276,000.00 per year
