CNC Shop Supervisor/Programmer

As a CNC Programmer in our company, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Generate CNC programmes for all machines. - Educate operators on any queries. - Must have fluency in MastermCAM Software. - Ensure proper cleanliness and maintain the CNC shop floor. - Planning scheduled maintenance for all machines. - Responsible for all the manpower in the CNC Department, which includes the complete hiring process. - Maintaining the quality of machined parts as per the drawing. - Identifying opportunities to optimize machining processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency. - Maintaining accurate records of production metrics, machine maintenance, and employee performance. - Responsible for maintaining tools, inserts, cutters record in the shop floor. - Developing fixtures to optimize the machining process and reduce cycle time. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proficiency in generating CNC programmes and operating MastermCAM Software. - Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage the manpower in the CNC Department effectively. - Attention to detail to ensure the quality of machined parts and maintain accurate records. - Problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
