CNC Setter/Operator

Job Summary:

Responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and production schedules. Ensures efficient machine operation, minimal downtime, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup:
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Set up CNC machines (Lathe, Milling, or other CNC machines) with correct tooling, fixtures, and workpieces.
• Adjust machine parameters for precision machining.
• Operation:
• Operate CNC machines to manufacture components within specified tolerances.
• Monitor machine operation and make real-time adjustments if necessary.
• Perform in-process inspections using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
• Maintenance:
• Conduct routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Report machine faults or malfunctions promptly.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure finished parts meet quality standards.
• Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Identify defects or deviations and take corrective action.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Follow all safety guidelines and company SOPs.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
