Job Title: CNC Machine Setter Cum Operator Experienced
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of CNCmachines and be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery to producehigh-quality components. You will work with technical drawings and specifications to ensure precisionand quality in the finished product.Key Responsibilities: Machine Operation: o Set up and operate CNC machines as per production requirements. Program Execution: o Load and execute pre-written CNC programs and make minor adjustments if necessary.o Utilize knowledge of G-code programming and CNC control systems to execute machineoperations. Tooling Setup: o Install and adjust tools, cutters, and fixtures to ensure proper machining operations.o Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to prepare the correct machinesetup and tooling. Quality Inspection:o Conduct measurements using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify partdimensions and record dimensions in In process Inspection Reports.
Troubleshooting:
o Identify and resolve machine malfunctions, tool wear, and production defects. Maintenance: o Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean. Production Efficiency: o Ensure production targets are met with minimal waste and high-quality output. Documentation: o Maintain logs of machine settings, output, and quality reports. Safety Compliance:o Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Qualification: ITI/Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering, Tool && Die Making, or relatedfield. Experience: 3 to 6 Years Experience in CNC machine operations.
