CNC Setter Cum Operator

Position: CNC Setter cum Operator Experience: Minimum 3 Years Location: Chennai Salary: Up to ₹28,000 per month Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial Components Job Responsibilities: Knowledge in G code and M code is must. Set up and operate CNC turning and/or milling machines as per job requirements. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters for the job. Conduct first piece inspection and make necessary adjustments to maintain part quality. Perform routine maintenance on machines and ensure proper functioning. Maintain production logs and quality documentation as required. Candidate Requirements: Knowledge in G code and M code Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine setting and operation. Strong knowledge of tooling, offsets, and CNC program reading (Fanuc/Siemens preferred). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to work in shifts if required. Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade.
