Job Title: CNC Rover Operator

Location: Derabassi, Punjab

Department: Production

Salary Range: 18,000 – 22,000/-

Reporting To: Production Head

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Rover Operator to run and maintain our CNC machining center for cutting, drilling, and routing furniture components made of engineered wood, MDF, and similar materials. The ideal candidate will ensure precision, productivity, and quality in every job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Rover machine (Biesse / Homag or similar).
• Load and run programs from CAD/CAM or Biesse Works / NC-HOPS.
• Set tools, fixtures, and materials as per job requirements.
• Ensure components are machined accurately as per drawings.
• Optimize nesting to reduce material wastage.
• Conduct routine maintenance and keep the machine area clean.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Wood Technology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of CNC machine operating experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of BiesseWorks / NC-HOPS preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and production sheets.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Machining accuracy and finish quality.
• Material utilization and wastage control.
• Machine uptime and daily output.
• Safety and housekeeping compliance.
