CNC Router Operator and Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Router Operator and Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in ArtCAM and CorelDRAW, with the ability to create and edit designs, generate toolpaths, and operate CNC routers to produce high-quality products. This role requires both technical CNC operation skills and creative design expertise to bring projects from concept to finished product.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare artwork, drawings, and files using ArtCAM and CorelDRAW.
• Generate toolpaths and convert designs into machine-ready CNC files.
• Set up, program, and operate CNC routers to cut, engrave, and shape materials such as wood and acrylic.
• Select and install tools, adjust machine settings, and load materials.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure precision and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products using measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC routers and related software.
• Organize and maintain a library of design files and production records.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Router Operator and Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in ArtCAM and CorelDRAW.
• Strong understanding of CNC machine operation, toolpath creation, and design-to-production workflow.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files.
• Familiarity with materials such as wood, acrylic, and composites.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
