Roles & Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines with precision and efficiency.
• Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models to execute machining tasks.
• Optimize tool paths and machining parameters for productivity and quality.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet output targets.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies—especially Multi Slide Machine operations, which will be introduced in our upcoming third unit.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in CNC programming and operation.
• Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.).
• Experience with precision components in automotive/manufacturing preferred.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude toward new machine concepts.
• Ready to join immediately and contribute to a high-growth environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
