You will be responsible for managing and improving daily production activities of CNC machines including CNC Milling, CNC Turning, CNC Lathe, CNC Tapping and CNC Drilling machines. The role requires hands-on experience in CNC machine shop production and the ability to handle operators, production planning and quality control.
The candidate must have strong knowledge of tool selection, tool offset setting, cycle time optimization and mechanical drawing reading. You will ensure smooth production flow, minimize rejection, improve productivity and maintain quality standards.
This role involves coordinating with operators, quality and maintenance teams to achieve daily and monthly production targets. The candidate should be capable of troubleshooting production issues and implementing continuous improvement in CNC operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
