Job Description:

Position: CNC Operator

Location: Dada Nagar Idustrial Area , Main road, kanpur

Reporting To: Production Manager / Factory Supervisor

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:

The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality wall panels, mandirs, and other custom designs as per companies standards. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and coordination with the design and finishing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Read and interpret design files (CAD/CAM, DXF, etc.) for CNC machining.
✅ Set up CNC machines, tools, and materials as per job requirements.✅ Operate CNC routers and ensure correct cutting, carving, and engraving.✅ Monitor production runs and make adjustments for accuracy and quality.✅ Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of CNC machines.✅ Collaborate with design team to clarify technical details.✅ Track production timelines and ensure jobs are completed as per schedule.✅ Identify errors or machine issues and troubleshoot promptly.✅ Maintain logs of production, downtime, and tool usage.✅ Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a CNC Operator (woodworking experience preferred).
• Knowledge of CNC programming (G-Code, CAM software like ArtCAM, VCarve, or similar) is an advantage.
• Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.
• Strong focus on accuracy, quality, and detail.
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to work in a team.

• Accuracy of production output (as per design file).
• Timely completion of assigned jobs.
• Minimal machine downtime and errors.
• Proper maintenance and upkeep of CNC machines.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
