Job Description

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Turning Operator who can independently set up and operate CNC turning machines equipped with Fanuc controllers. You’ll be responsible for producing precision components with attention to detail, maintaining quality, and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and set up CNC turning machines with Fanuc control system.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
Select and install appropriate tools, inserts, and fixtures.
Perform program edits (if needed) and adjust tool offsets.
Ensure component dimensions are within tolerance using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, dial gauge, etc.).
Maintain machine cleanliness, tool condition, and basic preventive maintenance.
Monitor cycle times and ensure optimal machine utilization.
Follow safety protocols and report any issues immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
