Job Description: We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator and Setter to join our precision manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate CNC machines and set them up for production runs ensuring high quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Operate and set up CNC milling and turning machines as per job requirements. Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions. Select and install correct tools, fixtures, and programs. Conduct first piece inspection and ensure dimensions are within tolerance. Monitor machine operations and perform basic maintenance checks. Report any deviations or machine issues to the supervisor promptly.
