CNC Operator

We are looking for an enthusiastic diploma to join our machine shop team. This is an excellent opportunity. to gain hands-on experience with CNC machines, working with casting materials, and understanding precision machining processes in a professional manufacturing setup.

Shift: Day Shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in operating and monitoring CNC turning and milling machines.
• Load and unload casting components onto machines.
• Support in basic machine setup and tool changes under supervision.
• Ensure proper measurement and inspection of finished parts using calipers, micrometers, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the workstation.
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for machining.
• Record production data and assist in routine maintenance checks.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Tool & Die / Mechanical Engineering (Freshers or recent graduates).
• Willingness to work in a machine shop environment.
• Good understanding of mechanical concepts and basic machine operations.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of CNC programming / G & M codes (added advantage).
• Understanding of technical drawings and tolerances.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge).
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a manufacturing setup.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
