CNC Operator

You will be joining Accusharp Cutting Tools as a CNC Operator, where your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain CNC machines in order to facilitate the efficient production of high-precision cutting tools. Your expertise in cutting tools and machine safety protocols will be crucial for this role. Your daily tasks will include operating various CNC machines such as lathes, milling, and grinding machines to manufacture cutting tools. You will need to read and interpret technical drawings and CNC programs, perform tool changes, setups, and machine calibration. It will also be your responsibility to conduct routine machine maintenance, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and inspect finished products using measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges. To qualify for this position, you should hold an ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. While 1-2 years of experience as a CNC Operator is preferred, freshers with relevant education are also encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of cutting tools and machining processes, proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, and familiarity with CNC programming will be advantageous.
