Coating associate

- Conduct visual inspections of round tools, hobs, shaper cutters, cutting inserts, dies, and molds to ensure coating quality.

- Perform batching and segmentation of tools for the coating process.

- Apply knowledge of PVD coatings and their industrial applications.

- Execute quality control tests, including Calo tests and Rockwell hardness tests, to ensure coating effectiveness.

- Monitor and adhere to machine safety protocols and maintain production efficiency.

- Utilize SolidWorks for reviewing coating-related designs and processes.

- Document and analyze inspection results and prepare reports using Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: ITI, Diploma, BSc, or 12th Science.

Experience: Fresher , experience candidate purely tool industry only

Knowledge:

- Basic understanding of cutting tools and their applications.

- Familiarity with material and surface characterization.

- Proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office.

- Must have experience in the tool industry.

- Strong observational skills for visual inspections and attention to detail.

- Awareness of machine safety guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
