Job Description

Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC operations and be responsible for producing high-quality parts while maintaining safety and efficiency in the production process.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and production schedules.
Monitor production processes, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machinery.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to produce accurate parts.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during operations.
Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to the supervisor.

Skills and Qualifications

3-8 years of experience in CNC operation or a related field.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining techniques.
Experience with CNC machining tools and equipment, including lathes and mills.
Knowledge of measurement tools and quality control processes.
Ability to perform routine maintenance on CNC machines.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
