CNC Milling Operator

The job responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. You will be responsible for selecting and installing appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and accessories for each job. Programming CNC machines using G-code or CAM software, monitoring machine operations, and making necessary adjustments to ensure product quality is essential. Conducting routine maintenance on CNC milling machines and performing quality checks on finished parts using precision measuring instruments are also part of the role. Collaborating with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment are key responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be proficient in setting up and operating CNC milling machines, have a strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications, and possess knowledge of cutting tools, feeds, and speeds for various materials. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues, precision, and attention to detail in inspecting finished parts, as well as basic maintenance skills for CNC machines are required skills.
