Urgent Requirement CNC Milling Operators

Location: Nadergul, Hyderabad

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Tool & Die

Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Milling machines as per production requirements
• Read and interpret engineering drawings & tool paths
• Perform daily machine setup, tool change, and basic maintenance
• Monitor machining operations and ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the workstation
• Coordinate with engineers/supervisors for production targets

Salary Range: 21,000 to 35,000 per month (based on experience & skills)

Working Hours: As per company schedule / Shifts may apply

• Operate and set up CNC 5-Axis Milling Machines
• Read and understand engineering drawings & 3D models
• Handle precision machining of complex components
• Perform tool setting, program loading, and part inspection
• Ensure accuracy using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)
• Maintain machine efficiency, cleanliness, and safety standards

Salary Range: 30,000 to 40,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
