CNC Machine Operator

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to perform various tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and turning. Your duties will include understanding specifications, reading blueprints, translating instructions into commands for the machine, loading raw materials, conducting test runs, supervising machine operations, making necessary adjustments, and ensuring the machines operate according to company guidelines. Additionally, you will be required to conduct regular assessments of the CNC machines. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and operate CNC machines for drilling, grinding, milling, and turning tasks - Understand specifications and deliver desired results by reading blueprints and mechanical drawings - Translate instructions into commands for the machine - Load raw materials and parts onto the machines - Conduct test runs to check output accuracy - Set machines to complete full cycles for fabricating parts - Supervise machine operations and make adjustments as needed - Ensure CNC machines operate according to company guidelines - Conduct regular assessments of CNC machines Qualifications Required: - ITI education - 2 to 3 years of experience as a CNC Operator - Proven experience in operating CNC machines - Ability to translate mechanical documents and engineering drawings - Good computer and mathematical skills - Excellent knowledge of CNC machines and their functionality The company provides benefits such as food, health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
