Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Turning Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal

candidate will have experience in operating and programming CNC turning machines, with a strong

understanding of NC programming and the ability to set up machines for production runs.

Responsibilities:

 Operate CNC turning machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings

and specifications

 Understand and interpret NC programs to set up and operate machines

 Use precision measuring instruments to inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with

quality standards

 Adjust machine settings as necessary to ensure optimal performance and minimize waste

 Identify and troubleshoot issues with machinery and make necessary adjustments to maintain

production flow

 Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and best practices

Requirements:

 High school diploma or equivalent

 Minimum of 3 years of experience in operating and programming CNC turning machines

 Strong understanding of NC programming and ability to set up machines for production runs

 Experience with precision measuring instruments and ability to interpret engineering drawings

and specifications

 Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on machinery

 Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

 Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
